I have tested postive for covid in April and after that there were cases of blsck fungus in people .so I got scared I consulted many doctors and they all have checked and recommended all the test and it came all normal and they said you don't have black fungus it just that you are overtaking to much .I am very anxious even now I don't eat raw vegetable or fruits and not able to walk in the park because I am scared that I will get black fungus .I am trying very hard to remove it from my head but I am unable to .I got anxious whenever I see anything black on some fruit or something .I got scared and I am not able to cope up with it .this is even harming my life daily activity I don't touch anything and I am scared that I will get some health problem after getting covid so whenever I see a docotr they say you don't have any issue .and I am scared for my family too that they don't get ill I just overthinking about that all the time .what should I do ?
