Scar marks in whole Body

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am having black scar marks in my whole body. it is like discolouration of skin since 8-9 years. It was due to some medicine reaction. There were small blisters appeared 9years back and then converted into big. Those got healed but the marks are still there. How can I treat this ?
