i have 20 nail Psoritic nail dystrophy and moderate scalp psoriasis without skin involved till now
I'm taking vit d3 10k 𝙞𝙪 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮 and cod liver oil and multivitamin. Following right diet which r fruits and vegetables nut and seeds and avoid dairy nightshade and every processed foods
After taking vit d I got some relief in my scalp flaking but nothing is working for my nails which leads to me toward depression. What I do
Actually in my journey it started from one nails affected after that my scalp. Now I come off my all 20 nails. And now finger joint pain are developing its hurt ..
And topically I have Applied everything on my nails whatever doctor Recommended
Now I'm getting pain in my knees and right hand thumb pain and become flexible like not able to work
it's becoming serious day by day
I want to take biologic but it's so expensive so how can I afford in India
Please give some hope 🙏

You are developing psoriatic arthritis. You need to start biological medicine for this. I can only give opinion, for treatment you will have to go to dermatogist in your city. If treatment is delayed the arthritis will progress to joint deformities.
