Scalp irritation and hair thinning

Ma'am, I am suffering scalp irritation and my scalp always feels itchy and here their I feel small bumps in my scalp. And my hair is also thining, I guess it might be due to this scalp infection itself. Previously I used exizol and it relieved temporary and now itching is back again. Previous I used minoxil for 3 months and I stopped it. Is it because of that ? And now am thinking to go for prp. What do u suggest maam
