Samll patches,itching

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Tinea from long time(from 2000) .patches in hairs.. causes hair fall black patches that cause itching.i took doctor advice too and take many precautions but doctor advice me too take medicine fr long.. but i am unable to take.. so is it possible to get rid off it.
