sugar intake completing everyday 10.000 steps to 13000 steps everyday doing zym 1 hours before doing zym i do running 30 to 45 min everyday now im 86 kg but sir last 3 days im completed a record in a huge ground today I started doing my running around 3.55 pm in evening and without taking any min break I continuously done my running from 3.55 pm to 5.15 pm in evening I don't know from where im getting this so much energy.
Sir is running this much is ok to a normal person and according to u what should be it my actual weight .
