Or sir plz tell me 4 months ago my weight is 106 kg im 6 feet tall guy after doing running zyming diet changing eating boil food and only fruits no.sugar intake completing everyday 10.000 steps to 13000 steps everyday doing zym 1 hours before doing zym i do running 30 to 45 min everyday now im 86 kg but sir last 3 days im completed a record in a huge ground today I started doing my running around 3.55 pm in evening and without taking any min break I continuously done my running from 3.55 pm to 5.15 pm in evening I don't know from where im getting this so much energy. Sir is running this much is ok to a normal person and according to u what should be it my actual weight . Only in morning I eat 2 soaked anjeer.3 almonds. Pistachio along with green moong sprouts and drinking all soaked dryfruits water which we kept in same containers for morning uses
