Hi sir...   Root canal treatment is the best option.... Delaying the treatment will worsens the condtion... Root canal treatment will save your teeth Considering your age extraction is not a good option... Extraction of single teeth will affects the three neighbouring teeth if you fail to replace it...

Hi There are two methods of rct. Conventional with more number of sittings with local anesthesia and single sitting rct which rotatary rct is done under local anesthesia. Both are painless. Delaying with make you lose your tooth. Go for it with x-rays before starting of treatment. We do painless rct. Regards Dr Parul Rai

If u were suggested for rct 4 years back. Kindly dont delay with the treatment. As the condition of the tooth can worsen with the increased time.

Do not delay further. Visit a dentist nearby and get the tooth examined. If you delay further even root canal treatment can't be done to save your tooth and it might have to be extracted.

Hello.. if you have pain with a tooth since so long first and foremost is u need an X-ray . It's a chair side procedure done at the dentist clinic. It will help to evaluate if you need a root canal and extent of the cavity. Costing of the whole treatment can be discussed during the consultation. Thank you

Hi...... If you are having pain from the last 4 years in a particular tooth then it will surely go for RCT. Look for the condition of the tooth, if it is having a cavity then the infection must have reached to the pulp ( nerve layer) of the tooth . The pain will subside after RCT.Get an X-ray done for the tooth.
