To determine the best course of action, you have to visit the dentist and after  that an X-ray should be needed so that we can assess the current condition of the tooth. This will help the dentist to evaluate the extent of the issue and to decide whether a -root canal treatment (RCT) is necessary  or extraction based on the findings. The X-ray will also provide valuable information about the surrounding area and gum region, allowing us to make a more accurate diagnosis and develop an effective treatment plan.

Have you visited a dentist ? for how long are you planning to delay the treatment , if the tooth is getting broken , why are you putting it under pressure and not getting it treated , veneers can help restore smile but they have limitations too so to have a better understanding we need to see teh tooth clinically and if need x ray followed by the proper treatnment protocol . You can make an appointment with Kandhari Smile Studio , its a one stop for all your Dental needs. Regards Dr. Chadha

Hello, The treatment depends on the amount of tooth structure that's lost. Veneers can be an option if it's a front tooth, and minimal amount of tooth structure is lost. However, filling or root canal may also be needed after proper check up.
Next Steps
Consult a dentist as soon as possible, as delaying treatment might worsen the situation, reducing the treatment options.

Veneers are indicated only for mild fractures.of tooth that tot in superficial or top layers. Deep fractures or as you say the tooth is breaking,  mostly you will have an underlying cavity which can require a Root canal followed by crown
Next Steps
clinical examination and Xray are a must to confirm.
