My sister had hole in her right Ear. And Docter suggested for surgery. Please suggest me Without surgery, Can It not be cured? Because, In Ear surgery, There will be a chance of taste disturbance, facial paralysis, dizziness etc,.. Please suggest me.

Complications you mentioned are rare.. if u have frequent ear discharge and decreased hearing better go for surgery...

If the hole in the eardrum is not recent and not small. It is not likely to heal on its own.
