Mild free fluid in pouch of douglas.
This shows in my sonography report. Is it something to worry about? (Periods date: 14th)

This is a fairly big cyst. We have to see if it remains constant as far as size is concerned or the size decreases after periods.
Please do a repeat sonography on day 5 of the cycle.

It may b a corpus luteal cyst.need rescan on day 2 of cycle.
