Right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst.
Approximately 40 x 35mm sized cyst with internal echoes is noted in the right ovary. Mild free fluid in pouch of douglas. This shows in my sonography report. Is it something to worry about? (Periods date: 14th)

If you don't have any symptoms, repeat a scan on day 5 of next cycle. If you do, take Cifran CT twice daily after food for 5 days.

This is a fairly big cyst. We have to see if it remains constant as far as size is concerned or the size decreases after periods. Please do a repeat sonography on day 5 of the cycle.
