Right ovarian hemorrahagic cyst

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I am suffering with lots of vomits and lower abdominal pain.doctor said that I am having a cyst measuring 36*25 mm size in right oviary and I need to under go of a surgery is there any treatment available for my problem with out any surgery? Please help me out

Size of cyst is small .I don't think due to cyst you are getting this problem .Meet once to surgeon .If there is twist in cyst then possibility is there.Get done serum bilirubin level.
