pregnancy is a hypercoaguable state means dere r chances of blood getting clotted within veins its called deep vein thrombosis...if u hv pain in calf muscle u need an urgent Doppler scan of leg so shape size n furthur treatment cn be decided get a hemogram done along with PT/INR follow up with reports

please dont massage that area till its diagnosed cz if its thrombosis massage cn break the clot n through blood vessel it cn lodge in to brain or lung vessels..causing brain stroke and pulmonary embolism. which is medical emergency and life threatening.

If there is any swelling, then you should see a doctor immediately. Please get your BP checked and if necessary your urine protein level. Also if the pain is on your calf or thigh area then you should have a doppler ultrasound done to rule out deep venous thrombosis. But please see a doctor, do not ignore such symptoms.
