Right hand pain
I suffered from severe pain in my right hand and also I felt the pain in my( left probably that was for throat infection not sure )throat and right side of my neck shoulder started and lasted for about 4hours until I went to sleep at night.

Throat pain could be because of pharyngitis or tonsillitis.It doesn't seems to be of cardiac origin.It seems to be mononeuropathy of cervical origin. Get one x-ray of cervical spine or Mri of cervical spine and consult online.

Please get a ECG and Chest XRay done . And also XRay cervical spine. It can be of muscular . Take Cipzox 500 mg BD and consult online

I think your suffering from two different entity.
1) suffering from the pain and radiating to the left from your throat and maybe due your throat infection.
2) you are having severe pain in the right upper limb and may be due to problem in the shoulder joint or may due to cervical spondylitis.
