Stopping Triplent 10 suddenly can cause ‘cold turkey’ situation. The dose should be gradually reduced over 2-3 weeks before stopping. All the best. J G S R clinic

Triplent 10 contains Amitriptyline which is used for such indication and you got improvement as well, so generally it is ok if you restart it but need more information to look at other possible causes and suitability of anti acidity medicines along with this.
