My lady got beaten by a goon on left side of face. Unfortunately, beat got much on her left ear. Now, she feels like resound in her ear. I really concerned about her health. Can you advise better drops for quick heal? Also, other precautions for recovery

Don't put any ear drop..take pain killer for pain relief..get a physical check up to rule out any ear drum rupture
