At 7 years with delayed speech , we need to physically examine the child or atleast an assessment on video consultation as causes can be many and vary according to other associated symptoms.
So please consult on Practo or in OPD. That will be very helpful to you and us as treating doctors .
I totally understand your concern. Before suggesting treatment, I would like to ask a few questions to ensure the correct management can be provided.
Contact me on Practo or WhatsApp chat.

I’ve reviewed the Vitamin D report—it is within normal range. The second image is unclear; please upload a clearer copy or share values (Hb, ferritin, etc.).
At 7 years, reduced speech needs a structured developmental and speech evaluation, not just blood tests. Nutritional deficiencies alone are usually not the cause.
I would also advise avoiding self-prescribed investigations—clinical assessment should guide further tests.
Namskaram,
First I would like to know what's the real concern for the child. If it's speaking less I want to know how much and what all he is able to speak based on which I will be able to understand the severity of the condition.
As far as the reports are concerned Vitamin D levels seem to be fine and nothing to worry about it. Rest of the reports are completely blurred and it's difficult to make out the levels. Kindly upload a fresh picture with better quality.
Next Steps
upload better quality images. send me details of what all he was able to speak at different ages. at 1 year, 1.5yr, 2yr, 3yr, 4yr 5 yr and beyond.
