Mild elevation of Uric acid , If no symptoms .... Need not worry. SGPT 87 (Less than 3, times the upper range) with fatty liver .... Repeat SGPT after 1 month. If persisting or elevated... History ,Clinical examination --- Thyroid, Muscle, Malabsorption problems to be ruled out.

Next Steps

Aerobic exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes. Aim for weight loss. Recheck SGPT after 4 weeks
