I understand your concern, but the reassuring part is that your report does not show any signs of cancer or tumor. There is no mention of any mass, growth, or suspicious lesion. What it mainly shows is Grade 1 fatty liver, which is a mild and very common condition, and usually reversible with proper lifestyle and treatment. Along with that, there is bilateral moderate hydronephrosis and hydroureter, which means urine is not draining properly from the kidneys due to an overdistended bladder, causing some back pressure. This is a functional issue, not a malignant one. The report also mentions chronic cystitis (long-standing bladder inflammation) and some irregularity in the bladder wall, which indicates irritation rather than any dangerous growth. This type of condition can happen when the bladder does not empty completely or there is repeated inflammation over time. While it is not something to panic about, it should not be ignored, because if this back pressure on kidneys continues for a long time, it can gradually affect kidney function. In homeopathy, such conditions are approached by treating the root functional disturbance of the urinary system rather than only managing symptoms. Based on the totality of symptoms—like bladder emptying issues, inflammation, associated liver changes, and your overall constitution—individualized remedies are selected to improve bladder tone, reduce inflammation, and support kidney function. Many chronic cases of cystitis and urinary dysfunction show good improvement with consistent treatment, and it can also help in reversing early fatty liver changes naturally. Proper case-taking is important to get the best results, but overall, there is definitely a good scope for improvement with the right approach. Your USG report showing bilateral hydronephrosis with hydroureter due to overdistended bladder suggests that urine is not draining properly and is backing up into the kidneys. Along with chronic cystitis, this indicates a long-standing urinary issue that needs timely attention to prevent kidney damage. The grade 1 fatty liver is mild and reversible, but the urinary findings are more important right now. This condition can be due to causes like: • Bladder outlet obstruction • Urinary retention • Recurrent infection or inflammation You may require further evaluation such as urine tests, kidney function tests, and assessment of bladder emptying. I would strongly advise a detailed consultation so we can assess the cause and guide proper treatment early. Managing this on time can prevent complications and improve outcomes. You can consult me online with your full reports for a complete evaluation and treatment plan.

You have Fatty Liver It’s when too much extra fat builds up in the liver cells, making it harder for the organ to filter toxins and process energy. Chronic Cystitis is long-term inflammation or irritation of the bladder lining, which causes a frequent, urgent, or painful need to urinate. It is not cancer. But you need to get the medicine for your present conditions.

No cancer or any malignant findings on this scan, so you can relax on that front. Your scan shows three things 1. Grade 1 Fatty Liver very early stage, completely reversible. Cut down oily food, sugar, refined carbs. If you drink stop. 2. Bilateral moderate hydronephrosis with hydroureter both kidneys have urine backing up into them. This appears to be secondary to your overdistended bladder  meaning your bladder is not emptying well or you're habitually holding urine too long. This needs urgent attention as chronic back pressure will silently damage kidney function over time. 3. Chronic Cystitis bladder wall is thickened and irregular, suggesting longstanding inflammation, likely infective or due to incomplete bladder emptying.
Next Steps
This needs attention. If left ignored, the back pressure can gradually affect kidney function.

It doesn't mention Cancer explicitly. The Sonography says that there is chronic (long term) inflammation of the urinary bladder (place where urine is stored). Due to this there is excess urine storage in the bladder and it is also overstretched. In addition due to back pressure of urine there is hydronephrosis meaning swelling of the tubes that carry urine to the bladder.
Next Steps
You will need treatment for the cause of obstructing urine. Additional tests are warranted.
