I understand your concern, and I want to reassure you first of all. Based on your reports and symptoms, you are currently suffering from acute Dengue fever, and your blood tests are consistent with the active phase of dengue, which usually lasts 5–7 days. Your Dengue NS1 positive indicates an active infection. IgM is negative and IgG is negative, which means this is likely a primary dengue infection and still in the early stage. This is common around day 4–6 of fever. Your platelet count is 1.12 lakh, which is low but not dangerously low at present. However, it can fluctuate in dengue, so daily monitoring is very important. Your TLC is low (3090), which is expected in viral infections like dengue. Absolute lymphocyte count is also slightly low, again seen in dengue fever. Your liver enzymes (AST 80, ALT 44) are mildly elevated. This happens frequently in dengue due to viral stress on the liver and usually returns to normal with proper rest, hydration, and recovery. At present, there is no sign of severe liver damage, so do not panic. What you should do immediately: Strict bed rest Drink plenty of fluids: coconut water, ORS, lemon water, rice water, soups Eat light, easily digestible food Avoid oily, spicy, fried food Absolutely avoid alcohol Take only Paracetamol for fever (NOT ibuprofen, diclofenac, aspirin, or painkillers, as they can increase bleeding risk) Warning signs – seek urgent medical care if you notice: Persistent vomiting Severe abdominal pain Bleeding from nose, gums, urine, or stools Black stools Increasing weakness, dizziness, or breathlessness Sudden drop in platelet count below 50,000 About medicines: There is no specific antiviral medicine for dengue in modern medicine. Treatment is mainly supportive, focusing on hydration, rest, and monitoring. With proper care, most patients recover completely within 7–10 days. If you are interested, individualized homeopathic treatment can be supportive in dengue to help improve immunity, reduce body pain, fever, and support platelet recovery, but it must be prescribed after proper evaluation and close follow-up, not self-medication. Very important: Repeat CBC and platelet count daily Repeat LFT after 4–5 days Do not panic—your current values are manageable, but close observation is necessary If you wish, you can consult me personally for guided monitoring and supportive treatment. Dengue is uncomfortable but completely recoverable with timely care. Take rest, stay hydrated, and monitor closely. You will get through this. Hai, Dont worry..... According to the report, your blood picture is Recent case of Dengue Fever. Your immunity is less ( low white blood count ) with hepatitis. Need treatment... I strongly suggest to stop allopathic medications as it will deteriorate the condition of liver. Homoeopathy is the best option as homoeopathic medicines will hike platelet count and will raise your immunity. I have already experienced in treating dengue cases in my clinic. Never delay your time.
Next Steps
You can easily take an online consultation now or book video consultation for further treatment guidance.
