Greetings,  reason why you took this blood tests is not clear but just interpretation of blood test is only half the story

your iron levels are low causing low hemoglobin,  anemia. thyroid tests are incomplete,  just taking TSH,T3,T4 not enough.  other than that nothing to worry about.  include more iron rich foods or supplements of iron will help get iron level to normal.
