Hi Doctor, i want to know if i am having adequate level of calcium in my bone or not , few weeks i ago i done my medical test, in which calcium parameter is written in kidney function test. Is this same calcium level that is used by bones or it is different ? Attaching report here

At the age of 20 , considering u have no other medical conditions , are active and healthy. Your bone calcium should be fine.
U can get serum vitamin d levels done , that can give an indirect idea of your bone health .
To definity look into your bone deficiency, if any, DEXA scan is needed .

There is slight variation in the form of calcium which is found in blood, bone and urine (molecular level) according to other components which combine to do different function as per there role in different part of body.
Calcium is same but they combine with different other minerals according to their role.
