Repeated heat boils acne

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hard heat boils and repeated acne with dark patches. Tried retinols salicylic acid& adapalene gel ointments and tablets. But nothing came to the rescue. Even took pimple peelings from doctors. When I take course of 2 months they will go for 1month and repeats after that. Please suggest for boils acne, and for those marks which are looking ugly. Even though I'm not squeezing those they are leaving dark patch and a little bump after drying up. Thank you.
