Hello. If you look at my lower teeth primarily, you will see the brownish-yellow tartar/ stain between the same. I don't have cigarettes or gutka, but used to have a lot of alcohol.
I would like to remove the same naturally, if possible. If not, will the dental cleaning damage my teeth?

All that you need is good brush with properly aligned Zigzag bristles, paste and manpower to brush properly. If not dental cleaning is mandatory. Brushes should be changed once in 2 months, duration of brushing should be 2-3 mts, and frequent rinsing of mouth between every meals and snacks. All that will help you in improving oral hygiene.once the tartar is formed it cannot be removed by normal brushes and you need to come for professional dental cleaning. dental cleaning will not damage your teeth.its totally wrong perspective.
