I know it's a difficult situation for you. My advice is instead of directly confronting your husband and creating more understanding .kindly visit a marriage counsellor or psychologist / psychiatrist for couple therapy

Perhaps it would be wise for now if you would focus on working on the other issues, that is working on yourself. Use this as an opportunity to self learn and grow. Is he growing distant from you? address these kinds of issues directly and courageously with him. Do not become a passive aggressive person. Address the issue of physical attraction. Let him know you are concerned, as he should also be. Ask him if he is concerned about it? What does he want to do about it? Openly talk to him about issues of feelings and communications. Tell him you are beginning to have trust issues with him. Do not accuse him of having an affair, not just yet. Let the issues develop first. You may consult me and let me know how it is going.
