I am a 39 year old woman trying for my 2nd pregnancy from January 2022. I was prescribed Letroz 2.5 and Duphaston 10mg by my Doc in the month of September 2022. I took 3 cycles of the tablets and had my last period in the month of December 2022. My first scan was in the beginning of February 2023 where there was a 2 weeks difference in between the LMP date and the Fetus age. There was no heartbeat only a Sack . I was told to have one morenscan after 2 to 3 weeks. In between I had a little spotting. On 25 th of February I had a miscarriage. I didn't go for D&C as the doctor wanted to wait for the tissues to be cleaned naturally. On the 6 th of February my miscarriage finished and after that I went for a scan and there was no tissue remaining. On 23rd  March we were intimate without any protection. Today is 6th April and I still didn't get my period. I took a home pregnancy test and it came negative. My period and ovulation was regular before I conceived. Is there any chance of pregnancy
