A breastfeeding mom can get her next period after delivery after a gap of 9-12 months. But even during this time you may be having ovulation which is erratic . So you should be careful that you don't become pregnant and don't even realise.
Ideally the gap for the next pregnancy after a Caesarean should be at least 3 years.
You should give a gap of 2 years
Dont know when period will start; its different for different people, even period starts you cant plan pregnancy this fast
Ideally you should wait minimum of 6 months before you start trying again. But a lot depends on your body and how much time it takes to heal. Kindly connect
Ideal spacing should be 18 months for the next pregnancy which is essential for healing and to regain all essential body stores..... though you are breastfeeding your period may start within 3 months after delivery or even after one year of delivery which are completely normal....it varies from person to person.....meanwhile ovulation may occur at any time so beware of it and plan accordingly your next pregnancy
