Relapse of Malaria
I had been frequenting between Delhi & Rajpura (PB) for last 6 months, had clinically proved Malaria (P Vivax) 2 months ago, treated with Resotrin (Artemether) , have repeat Malaria of same Vivax trait. Taking course of Lariago.
Pl advise prophylaxis medicine to avoid recurrence. Primaquin is not available any where.

First do a quantitative G6PD test.
If that's normal, take malirid -ds once daily for 1 week
