I had a pelvic ultrasound and it says bilateral overuse are bulky and shows multiple small follicles of 4-5 mm, noted peripherally in both ovaries suggestive of PCOD.
But I have a very regular and exact 29 days cycle. This test was done on 8th day of my cycle. Is it really PCOD? Is posture forte good to take to treat this ?
