Ultrasound pelvic results show dominant follicle in left ovary and multiple follicles in right ovary. Ovary size is normal. Endometrial canal is seen in Center of uterine cavity measuring 9.1 and appears normal. No cervical abnormalities. No evidence of adnexal mass and no evidence of fluid in posterior. Few other small intramural fibroids seen
