Am on day 14 day menstrual cycle.today i scanned for follicular study.the result comes that no dominant follicle on left and right ovary.what is mean by this

Dominant follicle means size of egg should be more than 20mm on 14th day of period.After this egg will rupture then have sex and you will conceive.So try in next cycle.
