Regarding use of aswagandha
I had chronic stress and anxiety due to which i feel heart beat, tinitus lack of sleep , and donot feel fresh after waking up. After 4 hr sleep i become awake and could not fall asleep. I am presently taking Bisoprolol 1.25 mg dose . I studied about the usage of aswagandha in managing chrinic stress and anxiety. So can i take aswagandha if i am taking bisoprolol 1.25 mg ?

avoid animals fat , spicy , outside food about 50 percentage avoid day sleep do yoga and meditation for 10min twice a day, take a bath about 10 mins interval before sleep, slightly apply coconut oil to your nostrils take glass milk , attend all ur urges before sleep medicine -aswagandha (bd)+bramhi(OD) tablet will do the trick but for proper diagnosis, counciling and meditation consultant Ayurvedic doctor which gives you better results. thank you 😊

The concern shared is of vat-pittaj so kindly spare time for detox in Sharad Ritu i.e. sept oct heat by Raktamokshanam Virechan then Rasayan Therapy and Nasyam therapy.
