Hello doctor, today my TSH test was done in this range was upto 4.20 my was 4.58 in report. My doctor suggested me to take Thyrox 25 mg once daily on empty stomach. How can I reduce it what foods and drinks to avoid. And what should be taken in diet. I used to drink tea 3 times a day how will I cope up with this habbit
