Dear sir/madam My wife is pregnant in ultrasound showing small cyst in right ovarian why this showing and any problem from this.please find report share suggestions really thankful for that

First part of your question;. Why this showing. This is showing because the cyst is there. Second part of your question, any problem ? Well, so far no problem. Just keep track of it in each ultrasound scan. If it is growing in size then ask your Gynaecologist for further information and management.
