There is no such serious concern regarding sleeping position in pregnancy. Just don't lie on abdomen.

Posture is not a problem in case you are in 16th week pregnancy. There is no issue you sleep over your back or on the sides

At 16 weeks pregnancy it doesn't make a material difference, whatever position you may sleep. It is only after 28- 30 weeks  that you should sleep on one side , and that too till the time you go into fast sleep.

You should try  to sleep in the left lateral position mostly.

Try to sleep towards your left side as the blood circulation for the baby will be good in that position. As pregnancy increases it will be problematic if you sleep on your back.
