Regarding SGPT
Since 6 months my SGPT is not coming down. 6 months ago it was 175. SGOT 82 4 months ago it was 116. 2 months ago it was 101. Now it again comes to 124. SGOT 58 What medicine should I take to reduce liver enzymes? I'm having Fatty liver grade 1 in USG abdomen. I have tried vitamin E supplement but no significant decrease in SGPT. Hepatitis penal is negative.
