Regarding relapse in depression
Hi,
I was under medication for depression and anxiety for 2 months. I left the medicines recently and having problems like shivering of hands, feeling of dizzyness, headache, lack of sleep, etc. I was having a lack of sleep during and before medication also.
I want to know if I am being through a relapse phase. What should I do in this case?
