Regarding protein powders
I am a customer of MB, underweight guy, 29 yrs, 1 hour workout in morning, it's been 2 months I've been ordering regularly and consuming products like PRE WORKOUT POWDER ( immediately after consumption i am experiencing constipation, as i workout in morning, so on empty stomach i consume, still i am continuing to consume as energy necessary for workout), intra workout powder and post workout powder, also MB oats... My concern is it is threatening to see everyday across in world, in news, people are dying due to cardiac arrest, suffering heart diseases, brain aneurysm, kidney stones.... AS I AM NOT SUFFERING ANY, I AM HEALTHY, I DON'T HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. I am gaining weight also and product is working well on me. My concern is *IS IT SAFE TO CONTINUE USING PROTEIN POWDER OF MB? I CONSUME AS PER DOSAGE RECOMMENDED ON PACKAGE ITSELF, BUT STILL IT BOTHERSOME TO CERTAIN EXTENT, HOW SAFE IS PROTEIN POWDER on me, on me like many body aspirants, please respond to this.
