Blood pressure difference in both arms
Hi i'm 30 years old active male. I have different readings in both arms like 130-85 in right arm and in left i got 140 or 145/95 . My left arm diastolic is constantly above 90. Is that a lifestyle issue ? Now i'm taking readings in left arm. I have anxiety issue to btw.

Generally right arm readings are higher than left by 10-20 mmhg but yours seem to be opposite. Kindly consult physically for confirmation, further evaluation and treatment if required
