We have been trying to conceive since last 4 months. I used to calculate my ovulation date using a mobile app called my periods. Last month the ovulation date was on 16th day of my cycle but the menses came one week early. My cycles are not regular they vary in between 23 to 30 days. This time I installed another application called clue then my fertile window according to both apps where covered by alternate day sex by us. Today I am on my 18th day of cycle. Since 2 days I am having cramping pain in the iliac fossas alternatively, initially I thought it as mittelachmerz, but on the next day also same happened. The pain is radiating to my labia. URE done and was normal. What is my chance of conception in this cycle. Pls answer in detail. Or if you can't pls suggest me a site where I can read about it.
