Regarding Pregnancy
Am trying to conceive for last 3 months. before that i had regular cycle of 30 days and 3 months back i came to US to stay with my husband. After i came here my ovulation is not happening properly.. Doctor advised me to take thyroid and few other test and all are normal. Am in 30th day now and doctor advised me to take MEDROXPROGESTERONE tablet for 10 days. This tablet is to start a period (mensus). My doubt is whether it will if conception had occured for this month. Or period will start even thought of conception had occured.

You could rule out pregnancy by doing a urine pregnancy test or a beta HCG test. If not pregnant, you could take those tablets advised by your doctor

Medroxy tablet will not affect your baby. If conception occured it will not disturb, means you willnot get your periods even if you take the tab.
