The total leukocyte count (wbcs) is a little high. And lymphocytes are on a higher normal side, could suggest a viral infection. But if clinically patient is okay then it is not suggestive of any major infection. I hope that helps. Even if there is fever, you can take crocin (paracetamol) and have a good diet.
