My total cholestrol is 190 ,ldl -121, and triglycerides -170 is medicine need to be taken at this point and since four months two time  test done triglycerides done it came 170

Not needed currently. Avoid fatty, sugary, food,take small frequent meals avoid heavy meals in evening, late evening meals. Do regular physical exercise. Stay relaxed Repeat lipid profile after 12 weeks.

FIRST TRY CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY. ADD WALK. AT LEAST FOR TWO MONTHS. OTHERWISE YOU CAN GO WITH ROSUVAST20 ONE AT NIGHT AFTER DINNER FOR 2 MONTHS.

Don't panic dear. Just change your lifestyle . Avoid fried food ,alcohol and smoking. Increase intake of leafy vegetables,pulses ,fruits in your diet. Go for brisk walk atleast 150 min/week.
Next Steps
go for blood investigations: TFT,CBC,HDL check your fasting glucose. blood pressure,waist circumference . We need to rule out metabolic syndrome.

U should take statins prophylaxis and try to control your cholesterol intake through consumption of pufa and Omega 3 fatty acid.
