Hello Mam. I understand your concern. As per your given history. The pain might be due to right lower wisdom tooth( which is submerged within gums i.e impacted ) this pain might radiate will your ear and also cause one sided headache. If you experiencing so, consult near by Dentist he will ask you to get a CBCT scan which is a three dimensional scan and will decode the wisdom tooth relation with the nerve below it. Now coming to the popping sound, as per your xray TMJ i.e your jaw socket seems normal , can i know do you face popping sound with difficulty in mouth closing ? Have you had any history of Injury in right jaw or ear region? If yes consult nearby Dentist he might check the TMJ and might advise you accordingly. Apart from that it seems you have improper occlusion which also needs to be corrected.

Good afternoon, First understand the causing factor for your TMJ pain and clicking, than address the issue by soling the root cause. There are irregularities in your occlusion which needs to be addressed along with your TMJ. Stable occlusion (bite ) is the only solution for TMJ issue. Kindly meet a prosthodontist in your near by area and show it to them. In case if you need to locate any prosthodontist in your area, kindly let us know we will be happy to help.
Next Steps
Meet prosthodontist, get your occlusion check.
Health Tips
Avoid too much opening of jaw (ex- whirl yawning controls the opening) and avoid hard food for now.

Impacted lower wisdom teeth, especially right side → causing molar pain/pericoronitis. TMJ clicking/disc displacement (jaw joint issue) → causing sound on mouth opening.
Next Steps
Recommended Treatment Plan 1) For impacted wisdom tooth Best treatment: Surgical extraction of lower right wisdom tooth Evaluation of lower left wisdom tooth; may also need removal if symptomatic Before surgery: Clinical examination Sometimes a CBCT scan is advised if roots are close to the nerve.
Health Tips
So I would strongly recommend oral & maxillofacial surgeon consultation for extraction planning.
