You can get yourself checked. The sounds and pain should subside and can be temporary. But may be they existed before your tooth extraction but you did not notice that earlier. In that case the Jaw joint and muscles need to be examined.
Health Tips
1)shift to soft  semi solid diet for few days. 2) be careful while yawning and avoid opening the mouth too wide.

Based on your description, there may be signs of TMJ issues. I recommend visiting a dentist or TMJ specialist for a thorough evaluation. They will assess your bite, jaw movement, and any underlying causes to provide the appropriate treatment.

Dear practo user , sound is mostly due to imbalance of the jaw joint .It is common when you over use your jaw joint ( by too much opening n closing )
Next Steps
visit a specialist for further checkup
Health Tips
jaw joint needs rest too ...so give rest by opening n closing slowly n minimum.
