Hi
What treatment was done after which you faced this issue. It can be due to mouth opening for a long duration or any other issue. Get a full mouth xray (Opg) for further evaluation. Mostly muscle relaxants are given to reduce spasm and relax the muscles but proper treatment can be done after thorough evaluation.
Next Steps
Get a dental visit soon to rule out the exact cause and to start treatment accordingly.

Hello
You need to consult the dentist for a muscle relaxant maybe the jaw lock is due to increased mouth opening during the treatment
You need to do warm compressions on the area
Hello
There must be spasm with the jaw muscles due to excessive mouth opening during the treatment. Kindly give some hot compressions to the affected side of the jaw twice or thrice a day.
Kindly visit the dentist if any muscle relaxants are required.
