And then after 2 hours I take green tea and lunch I take multigrain atta chapati 3 and boil vegetables with salad and evening I go running again and going gyming doing 1.30 hours in gyming after coming gyming I take green tea And diner I take 3 multigrain atta chapati and boiled vegetables and salad .than I go for brisk walking, completing 12000 steps everyday plz guide me for maintaining healthy heart and started taking in my diet from now olive oil and planing to eat only 1 time in weak just like fish. And chicken and egg omlet is it good to have in a 1 day in a weak and adding avacado fruits and plz tell me which juice is good for having everyday for maintaining healthy heart and blood pressure
