We will have to go through the present situation vigilantly. Remember that Life and Death is in the hands of a God above. God has a plan for each and everyone of us. Everyone around the world is facing the present scare for their health. Please try to reach out to your friends and share all that is in your thoughts. You need support and if there is no friend that you can speak freely with then do book yourself an appointment with a counseling psychologist who will listen to you and help you out. Thinking positive thoughts instead of worrisome ones can help reduce anxiety. This can be challenging if you have certain types of anxiety, however. Cognitive behavioural therapy can teach you how to redirect your thoughts. Please contact the psychologist. ASAP.
