Regarding headache and fever
Sir,
One of my close one has been suffering from headache just in the hair root and her bottom pressure is high. Besides, she has heartburn whatever she takes as food, even when she drinks water. What to do?

For heart burn rule out any cardiac causes.
If it is just gastritis take tablet rabiprazole 40mg twice daily before food for 15days . Let her take injection pantop 40mg i.v. once daily for 3 days.
For headache tablet dart once when headache is severe, if mild better not take any tablets , as they increase heart burn
