Fever is considered only after it crosses 100•F . From your reports it seems your ESR and CRP have raised. Platelets are reduced too. There is some underlying infection. Please get complete urine examination and urine culture and sensitivity test, LFTs , bilirubin. You need a complete evaluation. Please see a Doctor and get complete tests done. Are there any other symptoms other than fever? How much is your BP?

Next Steps

Plenty of fluids and nutrition. Cap A-Z for 15 days (it is multivitamin. It will help you with immunity and strength) . Take a few days off from work/ study and rest. Try not to stress yourself out mentally or physically.
