Regarding ashwagandha
A ayurvedic physician prescribed me ashwagandha as i was having slightly elevated bp and some numbness problem due to vit b12 deficiency after recovering from covid. Tomorrow I'm planning to get myself vaccinated with covaxin. So should i continue ashwagandha or stop it? Please help

• There is no problem in taking Ashwagandha as it is useful for generalized weakness and to improve speed and lower-limb muscular strength and neuro-muscular co-ordination. • If you’re a vegetarian, you’re more likely to develop Vit B-12 deficiency. Try to include eggs and milk in your diet. •COVID-19 vaccine is completely safe for people suffering from HYPERTENSION. A flare in blood pressure after getting the jab is rare and not a concerning side effect at the moment. This should not be used as a reason to delay the vaccination. • Continue using Ashwagandha.
